The Wet Towel is an item used to heal Sunstroke in EarthBound. It has limited use, since you can only get sunstroke in the Dusty Dunes Desert and some parts of Scaraba. However, a towel can only be used once, and PSI Healing Alpha will also cure sunstroke, so only buy enough to use as a backup in case you run low on PP.
