A very popular and charismatic toa citizen, he has one of the most recognizable faces of the city. An outspoken opponent to the Administrator’s agenda, he can be often seen leading peaceful demonstrations and making persuasive speeches against Aensetr Derrum’s leader. He is also widely known as the leader of the group known as Concilium, which wages a guerrilla and underground gang war against the Administrator. The Admin dares not arrest this toa however, due to his massive popularity and his position as a great humanitarian, running poor houses and other charitable organizations, without concrete evidence, which is ironically lacking.
