William Henry Abelson or known by "The Imperial" as "Chargaff" is the Head of Research at Pandora Technologies, a laboratory that works with Multa Imperia Organization. He is a famed inventor before he mysteriously vanished in the year 2179; when he began to work with Multa Imperia, he was assigned to work on the first Dark Matter Generator to save the galaxy. He agreed and began building in 2190.
