Every point in this skill increases all experience gains in Learning skills by 0.75% effectively multiplying them by 1.75 at a skill of 100. Advanced Learning is a member of the Learning group of skills that is available at character level 1. Raising this skill at or above your character level will incur an experience point penalty. As a Learning skill, Advanced Learning can only be raised passively. This skill will speed up how quickly you learn Learning skills, including Advanced Learning. Because of this fact, it is generally a good idea to give high priority towards leveling Advanced Learning over other base Learning skills. Bonuses from this skill stack with the bonuses from the Perception and Cultivation skills.
