(Note: Under Construction) Kevin Higame was born in London in the year 1987. He is of Japanese descent and speaks the language fluently, but was brought up by his parents in London, where they had migrated to from Tokyo in 1984. Kevin had an intense fascination with a certain criminal case that he had first heard about as a high school student in his last year. This was none other then case on the Japanese vigilantes known as Kira. Following his graduation from a sixth form college at 18, Higame purchased an apartment in the district of Hackney with the money that had been granted to him upon his father's death. Higame retains his position as chairman of Bright Nail, the lucrative software company that his father had worked for until rising to the position of CEO and chairman, but has pass
