Blocking a user is a rather serious matter and cannot be taken lightly. Many times, users are confused as to why they were blocked or temporarily banned and Staff are left wondering whether they should take this kind of action. The following is meant to be clarification for both parties, allowing Staff structured guidelines to follow and users insight into what could get them into trouble.
