The Kebir Blue Union is a small yet growing federation on the planet Kebir Blue. It began as the Kebir Blue League on Feb. 7, 3859. Many countries desired a more centralized federation and after several talks and negotiations a new federation was born. Formed on July 3, 3946 when the federation constitution was signed and approved by all member states. Acronym: KBU or KBUF
