A Splorch is mantle-like enemy that makes its first appearance in the Wii U game, Super Mario 3D World. Like other elements of the game, it bears some resemblance to Super Mario Bros. 2 things, in this case Fryguy. They can be pushed back by projectiles as well as being hit. The only way to defeat these enemies is with an invincible-like item plus Golden Statue Mario.
