The Sith Holocaust was a major event that occured in the history of the Star Wars franchise during the Old Republic Era. Immediately after the Great Hyperspace War, the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order riegned victorious but, the Supreme Chancellor Pultimo, had noticed that there were still surviving remnants of the Sith Empire and sent in Republic and Jedi forces to the planet to wipe them out.
