Santiago Garcia (born 4 April 2556) was a Rutanian politician, and the 2nd leader of the Imperium Party from July 2591 to November 2615. Under his leadership he revived the Imperium Party and established organisation in the party. He was succeeded by Percival van Rustenburg.
