Phineas and Ferb are the two brothers in a poor family, who are visited by a strange impish creature. He promises to give gold to there family in return for eating there pet platypus. Unwittingly there sister Candace agrees, but the creature agrees to release the deal if the brothers can guess his name. The brothers must spy on the creature to learn his name.
