Doctor Ernst Cohen Reichenbach is an inventor, an arms dealer, a Nobel Prize-winning physicist, and by most standards a supervillain. Certainly his inventions have killed hundreds of thousands. As a result, numerous superheroes have attempted to bring him to justice. He has escaped from a significant fraction of the world's infamous prisons, an achievement even more impressive considering that he does not have confederates or minions.
