This list includes all individuals sworn into the presidency following Kania's independence in 16 December 1756. The first president of Kania was Roger Kane, and the current president is Alexander Kane, a direct descendant of the nation's first president. Since 1756, 27 people have been sworn in as the President of Kania. Of these 28 presidencies (counting Andrew Reece's two non-consecutive terms), two have died in office (Gregory Fawkes and Horatio Ives), two resigned (Theodore Copperfield and Samuel Nelson), and one impeached (Martin Clement). There have been very few landmark elections; Martin Clement was the first biracial president of Kania, and he was also the first and only president of Kania to be impeached.
