In 3001, while in orbit of the planet Castor, the VES Minerva hosted a peace conference between Martian Republic and Parallax dignitaries who sought a peaceful resolution to an escalating crisis over the theft of Nall technology that had been linked to a soldier in the Martian Legions. The resulting Minerva Accord was a brokered trade and non-hostility agreement in which the Martian Republic would discontinue polydenum purchases from Sivad in favor of Nalhom, and the Parallax would end aggression against the Legions.
