Tetsuya Shiraishi is a 3D modeller who worked for Capcom during the 1990s. He was attached to the original Resident Evil development team as a "Background Modeller". He also also part of the Resident Evil 2 development team, where his job was in the development of CG models for cutscenes. He was also cited by director Hideki Kamiya as the creator of the hidden costumes in that game.
