The Weeping King is the current ruler of the Empire of Tears, reigning from his Throne of Regrets. A broken and easily manipulated individual, he is easily convinced by his advisors, Miron Shewdanker and his companion to lash out at his neighbors, such as the Free City of Doom, as part of the Vector Legion's plot to take over the desert of the Western Continent.
