J. G. Hertzler (born March 18, 1949) appears on Quantum Leap as Weathers Farrington in the Season 2 episode titled "Sea Bride". J.G. was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. J.S. is perhaps best known to fans of the Star Trek fans for playing various characters on the series, most notably, General Martok in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He also provided the voice of the character for the games Armada and Armada II.
