Pat Carr (also known as "Patricia Carr") was a Production Co-Ordinator (screen credited as "Production Assistant") for Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, and subsequently worked as Assistant Production Manager on Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back & Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. She also worked in various capacities on all three films in the original Indiana Jones trilogy.
