Hoshe-Igga was a military leader who was known to history as having waged a great confrontation travelling through the Magellan sector, known as the Hoshe Offensive. The outcome of Hoshe-Igga's campaign was unavoidable in hindsight, as the participants from Earth were unprepared, not having been aware of the existence of the transporter. Hoshe-Igga's mention did not specify what civilization or species he belonged to.
