Kotsuki's owner, Scafren Legana, is still new in the world of UTAUloids. Her design is a bit unoriginal and looks like those of the vocaloids. Her color scheme is supposed to be darker, but because of artist's block, simple colors are used. Her design of hair and hair color symbolizes her unique nature, plus the other accesories. There are also many tries that had been done for the VB of Kotsuki that failed. Talk about recording. Also, her design was supposed to be long socks on the left leg and leg warmers on the right but the artist had forgotten to put that detail on.
