The Corzon tribe was rival to the Vashta, who lived during a prehistoric era on the lands near where New Barkston now stands. The two groups lived within traveling distance of each other, and although they were at peace throughout most of history, relations were often precarious. Both were warrior tribes, and the Corzon were probably the most successful tribe after the Vashta. The one thing that prevented the Corzon from becoming the leading tribe of their time was the fact that the Vashta lands were richer than their own, and afforded a greater ease of living.
