August Clawpaw is a "cat" and a general in the Applecity army. He is in charge of The 3RSOF and its operations. He is a highly skilled marksman, and he got his talents from his time in the secret swedish "cat"-army he sided Louie in a number of scout missions but never in any serious operations, except for once in 1989. He also know a lot about explosives from his time in the "cat"-army.
