The Cloud City Council Gallery was an art gallery in the cloud city of Stratos. It was open to all Stratos city-dwellers. In 2269, High advisor Plasus welcomed James T. Kirk and Spock to this gallery, showing off the works of art. His welcome speech was interrupted by the discovery of a mortae lodged in the wall. Plasus blamed the action on the Disrupters.
