The Fair 2011 was a party in Club Penguin. Construction began on September 15, and the party itself began on September 22, 2011. This party was confirmed via the August 2011 Membership page and the Club Penguin Times. The Great Puffle Circus returned. This party has the farm show from the 'You Decide!' blog post in June.
