A revolt in South Adrilankha against the landlords. The revolt was prompted primarily by the institution of the Imperial Head Tax, which placed significant burdens on landlords and hostel owners in Adrilankha, forcing many of them to close down. According to Noish-pa, almost every Easterner was involved in the events. Noish-pa briefly served as a block delegate during this time. The revolt was broken up by the empire sending in Dragon warriors who had fought in the east. Some time after this, the Imperial Head Tax was repealed.
