Krista Dalton is a Facilities Co-ordinator with a think-tank that uses gifted children. She was suspected of using Angela Kelp but was later found innocent and suffered a personal tragedy when Anthony DiNozzo and Timothy McGee identified the body of her younger sister, Debra Lee Dalton.
