A much more deadly version of her Hand-Over-Wrist technique, Izumi's Hand-Over-Heart performs the same neutralizing maneuver. Then, while the target is dazed and disarmed, Izumi blasts a target's chest by charging her hand with an immense amount of chakra not unlike the Chakra Scalpel jutsu. With supreme control and her knowledge of the human body, Izumi can knock out a target by temporarily stopping their heart or kill them outright with a fatal blow.
