Fort Virtue is an Imperial fort in the Waterfront region west-southwest of the Imperial City, located on the Red Ring Road just south of the Ayleid ruin of Fanacasecul. There may be some Nether Lichs and Wraiths in this location depending on the Hero's level, and some chests and one chest which has a leveled lock on it and it also has gold inside it.
