The Fusiliers are the standard Heavy Infantry of the Enlightenment Age. They are strong vs. Cavalry but weak vs. Gunpowder Infantry. They are trained and upgraded at the Barracks. Fusiliers represent a significant upgrade over the previous Elite Pikemen, because they are now ranged instead of melee and receive additional damage bonuses.
