Fred Stockdale (or Mr. Stockdale) is KaBlam!'s network executive. He acts really senile (especially by messing up Henry and June's names) and will do anything to give the show good ratings, including getting Henry into physical accidents. His granddaughter Dawn says he hasn't been the same since Charlie's Angels was canceled. He is a parody of James Stockdale.
