The Sukhoi 27, also called the SU27, was a starfighter developed by the Sukhoi Design Bureau. It was a very durable craft, and though was originally made for the Imperial Navy during the Galactic Civil War, it was not used by them until after the Galactic Empire's defeat at Endor. It became a favored craft in the New Republic navy.
