Note that you can only get an s rank in the Japanese version of the game. But if you do have the Japanese version you could do it by going through the game without saving,using any weapon upgrades,no special weapons and use only one herb(no first aid sprays.And the most annoying thing is that you have to complete the game under 1 and a half hour. Pretty tough thing to do if you ask me.
