Kroperdin was a crime boss who operated on the world of Wielu during the Clone Wars, a conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. At some point, a smuggler named Rook Pryce worked for Kroperdin, a fact he mentioned to the Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi when the pair were searching for the Shistavanen criminal T'mott Zoat. The Shistavanen was working for a crime boss on Wielu and Pryce suggested the boss might be Kroperdin, with other potential bosses including Caylagos and Traygura.
