The majority of PvP mounts are rewards for PvPers who have collected at least 2,000 Honor. They move at the same speed as the level 40 Epic mounts, and similarly require a Riding Skill of 150 (Journeyman) in order to ride. The mounts are available for purchase in the Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar, or Champions' Hall in Stormwind. Some players call the PvP mounts "welfare epics" or "welfare mounts," due to the fact that they are basically free (the marks of honor needed to purchase them are obtained simply by being in a battleground match, regardless of victory or defeat).
