In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, the equiceph are a race of humanoid horse-like creatures. Unlike the centaur, which is a hybrid of a human and a horse, the equiceph is more akin to a humanoid version of the animal itself, like the aarakocra or lizardfolk. Very little else official is known about the creature.
