Martin Kupfer wrote the Miami Vice episodes "Bought and Paid For", "Killshot" (providing story and teleplay), and "Duty and Honor/The Savage". Kupfer also served as supervising producer on Crime Story as well as writing one episode. Other TV shows he wrote for include Kojak, The Streets of San Francisco, The Paper Chase, Hunter (also served as co-executive producer), FBI: The Untold Stories (also served as executive producer), and his most recent writing credit, Pointman.
