The Messenger Swans are original characters from the Land of Stories series. They are six magic swans conjured by the Fairy Godmother in A Grimm Warning. Five swans are to deliver their messages to the kings and queens of the kingdoms and bring the royals to the Fairy Palace. The sixth swan brings Goldilocks and Jack. The swans are the same size as Mother Goose's bird Lester.
