The Foreign Intelligence Service, or FIS, was one of two agencies the government of the reestablished Republic of Haven formed to fulfill the former functions of the Office of State Security after it was abolished. First headed by Wilhelm Trajan, the FIS was responsible for foreign intelligence and espionage. (HH10) The office was also known as the Federal Intelligence Service. (HH11) It was paired with the Federal Investigative Agency.
