Jyri Sarpantha was a Silwaan Breen. In 2385, the Breen Intelligence Directorate had Sarpantha altered to appear as a Bajoran to gather information on Julian Bashir's conference at the Bement Center. After the Breen determined from Sarpantha's information that Bashir had the Shedai meta-genome, the Breen Intelligence Directorate ordered Sarpantha to kill Bashir and the others at the conference.
