Melba Mold With peaches And Cream And raspberry Sauce * 1 Pkg. peach Flavored gelatin (6 Oz) * 1 1/2 Cups Boiling water * 1/2 Cup orange juice * 1 Pint vanilla Ice cream, Softened * 1 Pkg. Frozen peaches in Syrup Undrained (10 Oz) * 2 bananas, Sliced Dissolve gelatin in Boiling water. Stir in The orange juice And vanilla Ice cream Until Blended. Stir in The peaches And bananas. Pour Mixture Into a 2 Quart Mold And Refrigerate Until Firm. Unmold Onto a Lovely Platter. Serve With a Spoonful of raspberry Sauce. Serves 8 to 10Raspberry Sauce:
