Ed Cotton is a Boston chef who competed on Top Chef, Season 7 and was a runner-up to Kevin Sbraga along with Angelo Sosa. Cotton received his AOS from the Culinary Institute of America and currently resides in New York City where he is the Executive Chef at the Plein Sud at the Smyth Hotel.
