The Alliance of Patriots for a Free and Sovereign Congo (French: Alliance des patriotes pour un Congo libre et souverain), also known by its French initialism APCLS, is an armed rebel group in northeastern DR Congo. APCLS fighters are primarily of Hunde ethnic origin. They are led by Janvier Buingo Karairi, who is referred to variously as both Colonel and General.
