A Metari name consists of a Tribe name, a Clan name, and a Given name, as used by the Metari people of the Metari Theocracy. Before the changes put in place by Peshalim's Queen Astré Qarhoe Riza in 2025p, Metari names consisted solely of family names used within small groups of nomadic Metari to distinguish one another. The changes were designed to allow for further differentiation between similarly named people.
