Images can make an answer much more appealing. You can add a single image or a whole gallery. See What is fruit? for example. You must be logged in to upload an image. Only freely licensed images are allowed, so don't grab them from just anywhere! File:Polar bear.jpg If you upload an image, why not search for other questions to use that same image in. For example, there are lots of questions mentioning polar bears where Image:Polar bear.jpg can be used. If you only add an image and no text to an un-answered question, the question will remain in the "un-answered questions" category.
