The Rothana destroyer was a large capital ship utilized by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars, and later the Galactic Empire. The Rothana destroyer was designed to serve as the primary capital ship of the Republic Navy. However, it was the smaller Venator-class star destroyer, built by Kuat Drive Yards, that won as the the Republic's primary ship.
