Hold Your Breath...Before You Die is the sixth album from American thrash metal band Chemical Asphyxiation; released on February 14th 1992. It was released barely a year after 1991's Evolution of Violence; making it the shortest bridge between band albums. It is preceded by 1991's Evolution of Violence and followed by 1994's Breaking the Threshold. The album also contains traces of industrial and groove metal; as apossed to the straightforward thrash of its predecessor's album.
