Soshiuchi, most commonly known as the "House of Loss", was a mansion in the Hidari district of Otosan Uchi. A Crane bushi ordered to build it shortly before he went to war, and swore his wife he would be back before the mansion was completed. He died only days after the work was done, and his wife faded within the house, never leaving it. It was said the spirits of the lovers were seen there, but never together.
