Muskegon, Michigan is a planned town. Planned to be Michigan's best city for raising a family. It is planned to have a large downtown area near Grant, Michigan. Muskegon's downtown will be an urban development built near Grant, Michigan, being at least 350 square miles. Electricity prices will rise somewhat betwen 2015 and 2045; but the economy will recover. Nearly everyone will have good-paying jobs for at least 40 hours a week and everyone will be able to afford groceries, rent, utilities and the occasional vacation at the same time again.
