The First Leadership election for the Rutanian Federalist Party was in December 3794 at the party's first national conference. Five candidates were up for the position, Jonathan Wells won the most votes and became leader, Drew McAndrews won the second most amount of votes and became Parliamentary Leader. These elections also elected a Federalist Presidential Candidate, which Karen Wellington won.
