Psi-Surge is the Magnakai upgrade to Mindblast, though the two disciplines cannot be used simultaneously. Psi-Surge grants +4 Combat Skill, but comes with a price; it consumes 2 Endurance points per round and cannot be used at all if Lone Wolf's EP drops to 6 or below.
